What is the Chakra Transformations Course?
The Chakra system is used as a frame work to assist you in a gradual awakening to higher and higher levels of consciousness. You will be working with a group of liked minded people who are ready for expanded levels of fulfilment, want to deepen their connection to themselves and others and who are committed to living in alignment with their heart, values, gifts and dreams.
What you will experience?
With each chakra we explore certain aspects in order to initiate positive change. This is practical course with the use of meditations, movement, healing exercises, crystals, sound, colour, energy medicine, and soul contract energies. You will learn practical techniques to activate and connect with your chakras.

This course will assist you to identify and heal physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues in your life, by releasing blockages in the human energy system, your chakras.
