The word meditation is derived from two Latin words: meditari (to think, to dwell upon, and to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). Its Sanskrit derivation 'medha' means wisdom.
Many years ago meditation was considered something just not meant for modern people, but now it has become very popular with all types of people. Published scientific and medical evidence has proved its benefits, but it still needs to be much understood.
Meditation is all about discovering a vast reservoir of happiness that is already inside. No matter how happy we think we are, there is so much more waiting inside of us. When we explore our inner worlds we find contentment and peace. Everybody can benefit from this process. Everything in the Universe is continuously growing and dyeing - this produces transformation and growth. Our problems arise when we become resistant to this natural cyclic movement of life. Through the process of meditation it is possible to build a solid internal foundation upon which we might feel safe enough to become part of the never-ending cycle of change in the Universe. Having a solid core of strength will give us the flexibility we need to remain constant, not resistant, in a very changeable world.

My Meditation Classes are a dedicated weekly event to offer a place for those of you who are committed to your spiritual development and path. I have a devoted sacred space as my meditation/ training room which has been aligned and gridded with specific cosmic and earth frequencies.
In essence they are Ascension Classes assisting you to connect with your spiritual divine self through regular meditation whilst being supported to manifest your gifts and talents into your life.
Through the regular attendance of these group meditations you can manifest more light into your body to support the ascension process. Therefore expanding your consciousness and realigning yourself to your true nature of unity realization.
The Meditation group also gives you the opportunity to develop your own self belief, confidence, inner calmness, stillness and general well-being.
The Location is within a 5 minute walk from a train station with excellent bus and motorway access serving: - Liverpool, Widnes, Runcorn, Halton, Chester, Warrington, Wigan, Wirral, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire.

The Circle of Meditation has been designed to bring like minded people together of all abilities, to expand spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. With the opportunity to feel deeply connected and united with the Divine. This type of meditation class is ideally suited to people who are on their spiritual path and want to expand their consciousness.
The classes are run as a small and intimate group with an emphasis on sharing, support and confidentiality.
The meditations are guided and supportive with the use of astrological influences, soul contract energies, energies of the day, spirit, channelled guidance and specific light body processes and clearing healing techniques.
The benefits of regular attendance can give a rising of consciousness, an increase in physical relaxation, better mental focus and improved emotional mastery.
A personal commitment to attend the class on a weekly basis is essential for the group to develop strongly and the energies to build so everyone can achieve the best experience and benefits.
I will also require the completion of a consent form containing a short health check.
You will receive a meditation CD recorded by me when you start the class and new recordings throughout the year.
You will also receive a folder containing information on your soul numerology energies and the chakra’s. This will also be added to over time.
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we shall be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we shall experience true happiness. By training in meditation we can gradually learn to stay peaceful all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
If we practice meditation we will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and many of our usual problems will fall away. Difficult situations will become easier to deal with, we will naturally feel warm and well disposed towards other people, and our relationships with others will gradually improve.
If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.
If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
The benefits of meditation are real, but it also requires perseverance. It is mistake to expect all these benefits in the first few attempts; the mind takes time to tame. Also, it is difficult to explain all the benefits of meditation, because it involves a state of consciousness that cannot be expressed by words. To appreciate the benefits of meditation it is essential to meditate yourself.
