Reflexology does not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. What can Reflexology do for me?
What happens when I go for treatment? What can I expect? How long does it take? What will I feel? How many treatments do I need? How will I feel after a reflexology session? This is vital information to feed back to the reflexologist as it shows how your body is responding to treatment. This will help to tailor a treatment plan specific to your needs. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water for the rest of the day, eat a light meal, have plenty of rest and avoid stimulants e.g. coffee, cigarettes, alcohol.
