Weekly Class

The Circle of Meditation has been designed to bring like minded people together of all abilities, to expand spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. With the opportunity to feel deeply connected and united with the Divine.

This is achieved through guided/ supportive meditations that use astrological influences, soul contract energies, energies of the day, spirit, channelled guidance and specific light body processes and healings.

The benefits of regular attendance can give a rising of consciousness, an increase in physical relaxation, better mental focus and improved emotional mastery.

A personal commitment to attend the class on a weekly basis is essential for the group to develop strongly and the energies to build so everyone can achieve the most potential experience.
 
The class is small and intimate with an emphasis on sharing and support.

You will receive a meditation CD recorded by me when you start the class and new recordings throughout the year.

The Class takes place every Tuesday evening arrival at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start with us finishing at approximately 8.30pm.  £24.00 for 4 Sessions (£6.00 per session).  “Namaste”

A two day course for beginners - you will require a genuine desire to connect with your spirit guides.
What is channelling?
Channelling is a skill which can be learned. This magical two day workshop will enable you to connect with your spirit guide. By channelling you can work with the wise teacher you seek, one who comes from within rather than from without. Guides have great love and respect for all humanity; they are focused on service and on assisting us in our spiritual growth and development.

What will I Experience?
The workshop is designed as both a group and individual experience. The presence of all the guides makes it easier to channel and will boost the available energy for each participant allowing them to break through to new levels. Although this course gives you the skills to verbally channel, this is just the beginning of the things that can open up for you as a channel. Many healers, for example, take this course to enable them to channel a healing guide who works with them and through them for the benefit of their clients. Others take the class to become more connected to their higher purpose in this lifetime.
Channelling gives you the tools to find your own answers and it can assist you in making the life changes you have been wanting to make. Before joining the workshop you will be sent two free meditation tapes to work with to prepare you for this wonderful connection.

What is the Chakra Course?
When we decide to work with the Chakras, we decide to work to discover ourselves at many levels and in new ways.
The Chakra system is used as a frame work to initiate positive change and transformation through personal exploration breaking through out dated and limiting beliefs and values in order to tap into the true essence of you. This is an experiential workshop giving you the opportunity for personal empowerment and balanced spiritual growth.

What are the Chakra’s?
There are seven major Chakras. These Chakras lie along the etheric spine. The Chakras are centres of force and they are located throughout the auric layers/bodies.
By bringing the Chakras into balance and alignment many positive benefits can accrue. Each Chakra enhances certain qualities - physical, mental and spiritual. By ensuring that the Chakras are open and balanced there is a free flow of energy in the body which will bring positive feelings and good health with it.
What will I experience?
With each chakra we explore certain aspects in order to initiate positive change.
This is an experiential course with the use of meditations, movement, healing exercises, sound, colour, energy medicine, and soul contract energies.
Base - Life force, meditations, grounding, psychic protection, nutrition.
Sacral - Creativity, desire and purpose, of life, feelings.
Solar Plexus - Self empowerment, positive boundaries, integrity, self esteem
Heart - empathy, balance, compassion, love, acceptance.
Throat - Sound toning the voice, channelling spirit, expression.
Third eye - The Archetypes of the journey, colour, clairvoyance, visualization, intuition

It will be open to those who have regularly undergone healing work on, and for themselves.
It will be a small group in order to give individual attention, sharing and healing.
